2023 2nd International Conference on Image Processing and Media Computing (ICIPMC 2023) which which is co-sponsored by Northwest University and Shaanxi Society of Image and Graphics, supported by Northwestern Polytechnical University and Shaanxi Computer Society has been held successfully in Xi'an, China (in person and virtual) during May 26-28, 2023. There are about 120 delegates from Finland, Italy, China, Malaysia, Philippines, etc. participated and presented in the conference. The accepted papers of ICIPMC 2023 published in ICIPMC 2023 Conference Proceedings, which were archived in IEEE Xplore, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

During the conference, the organizing committee members participated in the conference. The General Chair-Prof. Jinye Peng from Northwest University gave the official opening remarks. Assoc. Prof. Battista Biggio from University of Cagliari and Assoc. Prof. Miguel Bordallo Lopez from University of Oulu shared their research work by keynote speech, Assoc. Prof. Xiaoyue Jiang from Northwestern Polytechnical University and Assoc. Prof. Erlei Zhang from Northwest A&F University shared her research work by invited speech. Ten oral sessions and one poster session were successfully held under the joint efforts of session chairs and all presenters. The session chairs selected 10 best oral presentations from the session.
