2024 3rd International Conference on Image Processing and Media Computing (ICIPMC 2024) which is co-sponsored by Anhui University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Northwest University, and IEEE, supported by Shaanxi Society of Image and Graphics, and Shaanxi Computer Society, will take place in Hefei, China during May 17-19, 2024. There are about 110+ delegates from all over the world participated and presented in the conference. During the conference, the General Chair, Prof. Lei Qu and Publicity Chair, Prof. Dawei Ding from Anhui University, China delivered the opening remarks, extending the warm congratulations and welcome to the conference. Then Prof. Badong Chen from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, and Prof. Min Liu from Hunan University, China shared their research work by keynote speeches. Prof. Xiaobai Li from Zhejiang University, China/University of Oulu, Finland, Assoc. Prof. Zhaoqiang Xia, from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, Prof. Yang Yang, from Anhui University, China and Assoc. Prof. Zongyong Cui, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, delivered excellent invited speeches. 4 Oral sessions were successfully held under the joint efforts of session chairs and all presenters.  The session chairs selected 4 best oral presentations from the session.
