1. English is the official language. It's encouraged to submit original and previously unpublished papers. The submitted papers must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

2. The paper should be 4-5 pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages may be purchased at 60 USD/420CNY per page.

3. All submission must follow to the formatting instructions of the Conference Proceedings. Please use the given template either in Word or Latex and do not use any other template.

4. The conference secretary will assign the paper ID within 2 working days after receiving the submission.

1. The papers can be submitted via the Electronic Submission System. (New authors should create an iConf account prior to submitting a manuscript)

The papers will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 Technical Committee members or reviewers in the related fields. All accepted (Registered & Presented) papers of ICIPMC 2026 will be published into International Conference Proceedings, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

 

Note: if you are planning to make presentation only, you do not need to submit the full papers, and you can submit the abstract directly.

The papers of ICIPMC have been published in Conference Proceedings by IEEE since 2022, archived in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
